Dr. Asis Mallick
Dr. Asis Mallick is a distinguished academic and educator in the field of Law, specializing in Business Law and Corporate Law. He currently serves as Assistant Professor of Law in the Department of Law, University of Calcutta.
He holds LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. from the University of Calcutta and has strong academic involvement in Corporate Law, International Trade Law, and socio-economic legal issues.
Since 2008, he has contributed significantly to teaching, research, and guidance. He has authored several research articles and the book “Law of Evidence” published by Eastern Law House.
His research interests include Information Technology Law, Intellectual Property Rights, corporate governance, and socio-legal concerns. He has also guided doctoral research and contributed to shaping future legal scholars.
Prof. Dr. Comrade AMB. Chukwunonso Charles Ofodum
Prof. Ofodum is a globally renowned legal scholar, jurist, and academic administrator with extensive international experience. He holds multiple degrees including LL.B., LL.M., MBA, M.A., Ph.D., and LL.D. from institutions across several countries.
He currently serves as Chancellor of ALSA University and Vice-Chancellor of Wofem University. He has also held leadership roles such as Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Dean of Law at several global institutions.
He has served as Chief Justice of United Kingdom Atlantis and Chief Legal Advisor to international organizations. His work spans human rights, business law, ADR, and comparative jurisprudence.
He has authored over 100 textbooks and 200+ research articles and developed influential theories including Psycho-Social Individuality Theory and African Legal History frameworks.
Adv. Akash Chatterjee

Adv. Akash Chatterjee is a legal researcher and practitioner specializing in IP Law, Constitutional Law, Technology Law, and Human Rights. He holds an LL.M. from NUJS Kolkata.
He completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School Kolkata with high distinction and has professional experience as a Legal Executive at Birla Corporation Limited.
His work includes corporate advisory, intellectual property management, insolvency law, and litigation coordination.
He is a published author with Scopus-indexed work and multiple journal contributions across various legal domains. He has also received several research awards and served in editorial roles.
As Assistant Editor of IJCLR, he contributes expertise in legal research, manuscript review, and academic editing with a strong focus on ethical publishing.
